Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons lemon juice (although freshly squeezed lemon juice is prefered)
2 cups yogurt
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon dill (preferably fresh and finely chopped)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
* ½ teaspoon thyme
*salt, pepper, to taste
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups unseasoned bread crumbs

Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F 10 minutes before baking. Place the yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir in the mustard, paprika, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Take the chicken and dip it into the mixing bowl.
  In a separate bowl take your unseasoned bread crumbs and put it in there.  Take the chicken and dip it into the unseasoned bread crumbs. Please make sure that all of the sides are well coated before you put it into a baking dish. Cook the chicken for 50 minutes or until they are golden brown.

* alternate ideas: You can take the salt, peper and the thyme and mix it with the bread crumbs and make seasoned bread crumbs to dunk the chicken in. Also you can use crushed parsely flakes as well but that is up to you.
